1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CRYNOMAD services, including our Telegram bot, website (crynomad.ai), and related tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

CRYNOMAD provides AI-powered cryptocurrency market predictions and trading signals for informational and educational purposes. Our services include:

• Daily price direction predictions for BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, and BNB
• Trade action signals (TRADE / CAUTIOUS / SKIP)
• Portfolio allocation guidance
• DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) signals

3. Not Financial Advice

CRYNOMAD does NOT provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All predictions, signals, and analyses are generated by machine learning models and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You should not make investment decisions based solely on our predictions. Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk of loss, including the potential loss of your entire investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Subscription and Payments

CRYNOMAD offers Free and Premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Telegram Stars or Paddle (credit card, KakaoPay, PayPal, etc.).

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
• You agree not to redistribute, resell, or share Premium content with non-subscribers.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRYNOMAD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our predictions. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses from trading activities.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Predictions may occasionally be delayed or unavailable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, models, and materials provided by CRYNOMAD are our proprietary intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via our Telegram bot or website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
